It’s different to anything else on the market. MyGMPD provides you with a wide variety of training materials across different formats, but the key difference is you will be assigned your very own GMPD Learning Coach.
Your Learning Coach will make sure you keep on track with your professional development. They will handpick learning content and recommend the best events, training and activities to make the best use of your precious time and enhance your career. You can use your Learning Coach as much or as little as you want.
We’ll get you up and running and at pre-determined times agreed with you, we’ll check in to see how your technical knowledge is increasing and how we can help you on your professional development journey. Together we will set your goals. Our Learning Coaches are all experienced Global Mobility professionals who understand the day job. We’ll work with you to make sure we provide the right level of support tailored to your style and needs.
What’s in it for me?
All your learning and engagement will earn you GMPD points. Once you hit a minimum number of 40 GMPD points (each year) you will be eligible to use the post nominals “GMPD” after your name. What better way of showing others your dedication to the Global Mobility industry.
